  1. 1. General provisions

These terms set out the conditions for using the Garag platform. By registering or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; we notify users of material changes, and continued use of the service means you accept the new version. Questions about these terms — legal@garag140.com.
  2. 2. Garag's role as a platform

Garag is a platform that provides tools for finding workshops, booking online, communicating and keeping a service history. Garag does not carry out repairs, is not a party to the contract between the client and the workshop, and is not responsible for the quality, timing or cost of the work — it is performed by the workshop you choose. Garag does not guarantee that free slots or any particular workshop will be available.
  3. 3. Account registration

Some features require an account. The supported roles are client, workshop owner and mechanic. You undertake to provide accurate details and keep them up to date, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account. A mechanic account can at the same time be a personal client account — the personal vehicle history is not visible to the employer.
  4. 4. Booking a workshop

Through the platform you can send a booking request to the workshop you choose. Confirmation of the booking, its timing and its conditions are decided by the workshop. Cancellations and reschedules should be notified in advance. A guest can send a request without registering; such a request is not linked to an account, and registering is recommended in order to follow the repair status.
  5. 5. User content

You are responsible for the content you post (vehicle details, photos, messages, reviews) and warrant that you have the right to publish it and that it infringes neither the law nor third-party rights. By posting content you grant Garag the right to use it to the extent needed to operate the platform (storage, display). Unlawful, offensive, misleading and spam content is prohibited.
  6. 6. Paid features and plans

The platform is available on the Free, Premium and Business plans; the features included and the payment and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Paid features are activated after payment and remain active for the period paid for. See also the FAQ on plans.
  7. 7. Reviews and rating

Reviews must reflect real service experience. Inflated, fake and paid-for reviews are prohibited, as are reviews unrelated to the service. The rating is derived from reviews and other platform signals. We may moderate, hide or remove content that breaks these rules.
  8. 8. Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to: mislead others or commit fraud; send spam or abuse the booking system; attempt to gain unauthorised access to data or to circumvent platform limits; infringe the rights of other users and workshops. Violations may lead to your account being restricted or blocked.
  9. 9. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. Garag is not responsible for the quality or outcome of work performed by a workshop, for arrangements between a client and a workshop, or for content posted by users. To the extent permitted by law, Garag's liability is limited. The workshop you choose is responsible for the services it provides.
  10. 10. Account blocking

If these terms are breached we may apply restrictions of varying degree — from limiting individual actions (read-only mode, rate limits) to blocking the account entirely. We notify users of material restrictions where possible; decisions can be appealed at legal@garag140.com.
  11. 11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's country of residence provide otherwise. The parties will seek to settle disputes through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be heard by the competent court.
  12. 12. Contacts
