Clients recommend
Garag hands out no stars and sells no statuses. The mark on a workshop's website shows one number — the share of its Garag clients who answered «I recommend» after a completed order.
The mark is available on every plan, the free one included.
How the number is calculated
These are exactly the rules the code applies — there are no «best workshop» thresholds and no manual exceptions in it.
A review is binary
The client answers «I recommend» or «I don't». Garag has no stars and no average score: on a dozen reviews «4.3» says less than «9 out of 10 recommend».
Only after a completed order
A review counts when it is attached to an order marked «completed» at that workshop. A review from someone who was never served there never reaches the number — there is nothing to game from the outside.
The percentage starts at the third review
Below three reviews the mark shows their count only. «100%» off a single review is the same noise as «5.0» off a single score.
A workshop cannot edit its reviews
The owner can neither delete nor hide a review — only a platform moderator may hide a row, and only under the general rules, not on request.
No reviews — the mark says so
With no Garag reviews the mark prints the Google star, if the workshop exposes it, and if there is none either — a muted «New on Garag». An empty number is never drawn.
What the mark looks like
Below is not a screenshot: these marks are drawn by the same code that serves `/api/badge`, on demo data. The dark and light variants are picked by the theme parameter.

The booking-form embed code and previews in both themes are there too.
How to get the mark
Create or claim your workshop card
The mark works for a published workshop card on Garag. If the card is already in the catalog, claim it; if not, create one.
Run your orders through Garag
A review can only be left for a completed order, so the number starts with real work rather than with a round of requests.
Copy the code to your website
The ready snippet sits in your dashboard, under «Promo». The mark links to your workshop's booking page, and the visits it brings show up in analytics.
What the mark does not mean
The catalog's «Recommended» sorting is a different thing: there, paid plans get ranking priority, and such cards are labelled «Promotion». The «clients recommend» mark cannot be bought, and its number cannot be raised with money — it is computed from reviews after completed orders only.
What it gives a driver
The number answers one question: do the people who have already been to this workshop come back to it. Everything else — photos, prices, the full reviews and the work history — is on the workshop's card in the catalog.
Questions
Is the mark paid?
No. It is available on every plan, the free one included — a published workshop card is enough.
Can I ask for a bad review to be removed?
No. The owner can neither delete nor hide a review. A moderator hides a row only under the platform's general rules — if it is abuse rather than a review, for instance.
Why does my workshop show a review count instead of a percentage?
There are fewer than three reviews. From the third one on, the recommend share appears on the mark.
What about Google stars?
They stay as they are and appear on the mark while the workshop has no Garag reviews of its own. Garag computes no numeric score.
